Aikyam Weekly Hatha Yog
Aikyam Weekly Hatha Yog sessions are to inspire people to include yoga in their daily lifestyle. This is our way to increase physical and mental wellbeing in the society. These are free/donation based sessions to encourage the community members to start taking care of themselves.
Whether you are new to yoga or getting back to yoga practice these weekly sessions will bring complete balance in your daily life.
Weekly Hatha Yog sessions are designed by the founder of Aikyam Foundation, Vaibhav Parashar. The session is a good combination of asanas, pranayama and self-realization to bring complete equilibrium amongst the community members.
These classes are taught by Aikyam Teacher: Kriti Chandna
Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00pm – 6:50pm
