Daily practice of Uday Kriya regulates pingla nadi, whether its over active or under active. The regulation of pingla nadi bringd balance to energy systems at both mental and physical level.

Hatha Yoga (Every 1st and 3rd Saturday)

On the first and third Sundays of each month, immerse yourself in the timeless tradition of Hatha Yoga. Kundalini Yoga (Every 2nd and 4th Saturday)
